The question was asked after the representatives of Take-Two reported record sales the GTA the V. As investors emphasized, many players began their acquaintance with the franchise from the fifth part of the series and may be interested in previous titles. Zelnik replied that the company was considering a re-release, but did not give any details.

Strauss Zelnik: “This is a great and inspiring question. I will add that this is more of a statement than a simple answer to a question. Stay tuned for updates on our release schedule from Rockstar Games itself. "

Rumors have been circulating on the network for a long time about possible remakes of GTA IV and GTA: San Andreas, as well as a, remaster of Red Dead Redemption 2 for the next generation consoles. Previously, users found a hint of the date of the announcement of GTA VI in the files of GTA Online.
